These Terms govern your use of AVENNIO. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AVENNIO.

By accessing or using the AVENNIO platform, website, services, tools, content, or features (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. About AVENNIO

AVENNIO is an online career information, employer discovery, and professional development platform.

AVENNIO:

Provides access to job opportunities and employer information.
Offers career-related resources and digital tools.
Provides AI-powered career support features.
Operates a credit-based digital service platform.

AVENNIO does not:

Act as an employer.
Act as a recruitment agency.
Act as a manpower supplier.
Act as a visa sponsor.
Act as an immigration consultant.
Guarantee employment.
Guarantee interviews.
Guarantee job offers.
Guarantee visas or residency approvals.

Employment decisions are made solely by employers.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have legal capacity to enter into agreements.
Provide accurate and truthful information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. User Accounts

Users may create a personal account to access certain features of the Platform.

Users agree:

To provide accurate information.
To keep account details up to date.
Not to impersonate another person or organization.
Not to share login credentials.

AVENNIO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Credits System

Certain services may require the purchase or use of Credits.

Credits:

Are digital platform credits.
Have no cash value.
Are non-transferable.
Cannot be exchanged for money.
May only be used within the Platform.

Unused Credits may expire after twenty-four (24) months of account inactivity.

AVENNIO reserves the right to modify credit packages, pricing, and usage rules.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments made through the Platform are subject to the applicable pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

Refund requests may be considered within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that:

No Credits have been used.
No paid services have been consumed.

Refunds remain subject to review and verification by AVENNIO.

7. AI-Powered Features

The Platform may provide AI-powered career tools and content generation features.

Users acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use.

AVENNIO makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Employer Verification

Employers may be required to undergo verification before gaining access to certain Platform features.

Verification may include:

Company website verification.
Business email verification.
Business license review.

Verification does not constitute endorsement, certification, or approval of any employer by AVENNIO.

9. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

Violate applicable laws.
Submit fraudulent information.
Upload harmful software or malicious code.
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
Misrepresent qualifications or identity.
Interfere with Platform operations.

AVENNIO reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, logos, graphics, software, designs, and materials remain the property of AVENNIO or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Platform content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVENNIO shall not be liable for:

Employment decisions made by employers.
Job application outcomes.
Salary disputes.
Employment contracts.
Employer conduct.
Platform interruptions.
Data loss.
Indirect or consequential damages.

Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk.

12. Account Deactivation and Deletion

Users may request account deactivation or deletion at any time.

Account Deactivation:

Account access is suspended.
Credits remain associated with the account.
Reactivation may be available.

Account Deletion:

Personal account information may be permanently removed.
Remaining Credits may be forfeited.
Reactivation may not be possible.

AVENNIO may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

13. Modifications

AVENNIO may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
