Refund Policy

How refunds work for purchases made on AVENNIO.
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which AVENNIO may issue refunds for purchases made on the Platform.
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Access Pass Refunds
AVENNIO Access Passes are one-time purchases that unlock unlimited opportunity unlocks for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). There is no auto-renewal.
A refund may be considered if:
- the Access Pass was purchased accidentally, and
- no premium features have been used after purchase, and
- no additional opportunities have been unlocked using the Access Pass, and
- no abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
Once an Access Pass has been used to unlock premium opportunities or access premium features, it is considered consumed and is generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, processed through our payment provider (Stripe).
When a refund is approved, the corresponding Access Pass is automatically revoked from your account at the time the refund is processed. After revocation, access to premium features ends immediately and your account returns to the standard free tier (including any remaining free unlocks).
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Access Passes that have been used to unlock opportunities or access premium features.
- Promotional, complimentary, or bonus access granted at no charge.
- Any pass duration that has already expired.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact AVENNIO through the Contact page with your purchase details.
Include your account email, transaction reference, and reason for the refund request.
Our team typically reviews refund requests within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Method & Access Pass Revocation
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, processed through our payment provider (Stripe).
Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
When the refund is processed, the associated AVENNIO Access Pass is automatically revoked from your account. Unlimited unlocks granted by that pass will no longer be available, and your account reverts to the standard free tier.
6. Changes to This Policy
AVENNIO may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
