Terms and conditions applicable to employers using AVENNIO.
1. Introduction
These Employer Terms govern the use of AVENNIO by employers, businesses, organizations, recruiters acting on behalf of employers, and other entities seeking to promote employment opportunities through the Platform.
By creating an employer account or using employer-related features, the employer agrees to these Employer Terms.
2. Eligibility
Employers must:
- Be legally authorized to conduct business.
- Provide accurate company information.
- Maintain current and truthful records.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
AVENNIO may request verification documents at any time.
3. Employer Verification
To maintain platform integrity, AVENNIO may require:
- Company name
- Company website
- Business email address
- Business license or equivalent documentation
Employer accounts may remain inactive until verification is completed.
Verification does not constitute endorsement, certification, or recommendation by AVENNIO.
4. Job Listings
Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job postings.
Employers must ensure that job listings are:
- Accurate
- Lawful
- Non-discriminatory
- Relevant to genuine employment opportunities
Employers may not publish misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful content.
5. Prohibited Content
Employers may not:
- Post fake jobs.
- Misrepresent compensation or benefits.
- Request illegal payments from applicants.
- Collect applicant information for unlawful purposes.
- Promote scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive opportunities.
- Publish discriminatory or unlawful employment requirements.
AVENNIO reserves the right to remove content without notice.
6. Employer Responsibilities
Employers remain solely responsible for:
- Recruitment activities
- Candidate communications
- Hiring decisions
- Employment contracts
- Compensation arrangements
- Workplace conditions
AVENNIO does not participate in hiring decisions.
7. Account Security
Employers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Employers must immediately notify AVENNIO of any unauthorized account access.
8. Intellectual Property
Employers retain ownership of their logos, trademarks, and company materials.
By submitting content to the Platform, employers grant AVENNIO a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute such content within the Platform.
9. Suspension and Termination
AVENNIO may suspend, restrict, or terminate employer accounts if:
- Verification requirements are not met.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- False information is provided.
- These Employer Terms are violated.
- Platform integrity is threatened.
Termination decisions are made at AVENNIO's sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
AVENNIO is not responsible for:
- Candidate suitability
- Candidate conduct
- Recruitment outcomes
- Hiring decisions
- Employment disputes
- Business losses
Employers use the Platform at their own risk.
11. Indemnification
Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVENNIO from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Employer content
- Job postings
- Hiring activities
- Violations of law
- Violations of these Employer Terms
12. Changes to Employer Terms
AVENNIO may modify these Employer Terms at any time.
Continued use of employer services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Employer Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah.
Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
